Post subject:  Supervisor Privilege Violation?

Sir Kelly,
I'm back with another question. :)
How do make use of the STOP instruction?
Whenever I use it based on the quick guide, voila, I get the error stated above.
What does the
Code:
opt bit
do?
Clueless about that one.

If you want to halt the simulator do the following:

Code:
    MOVE.B  #9,D0
    TRAP    #15     ; halt simulator

A simple example of STOP instruction is:
Code:
    STOP    #$2000

How do you set supervisor bit, to work in supervisor mode?

The simulator defaults to supervisor mode. On the simulator register display, S indicates the state of the supervisor bit in the Status Register. 1 indicates supervisor mode.
Code:
   T S
SR=0010
